What to do in an Emergency
In an emergency, it is crucial to know what to do and who to contact for help. Acting in panic can be dangerous for yourself and others.
During and after events, always follow the instructions of the authorities. In Regione Lombardia, the emergency number is 112.
You can also report any critical situation in your area contacting the Regional Civil Protection Operational Room at toll-free number 800 061 160 .
Always remember to clearly specify WHO you are, WHAT is happening, and WHERE.
